A. No, registrations must be sent in with payment. You can register by fax with credit card payment.
Q. Can I tranfer the registration payment to another person in my office?
A. Yes, registrations can be tranferred from one person to another. However, the information must be sent to us in
writing and in advance. No charge.
Q. Can I transfer the registration payment to another class? Is there a fee?
A. Yes, you can transfer the registration payment for one class to another class with no charge, if you send the
notice in writing and it is received seven business days before the original class date. If transfer notice is received
within seven business days, there will be a charge. Charges vary depending upon class.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Full refund if written notification of cancellation is received seven business days prior to the seminar. Cancellations
received after that date will icur a charge. Charges vary depending upon class. No shows forfeit full registration
