Table Top Assignments - No table top assignments will be made until we have received a complete registration form and full payment. PARTNERS Program exhibitors will receive first choice of table top spaces. On your registration, please specify three (3) choices of booth spaces. Every effort will be made by IIANC to assign you one of your booth choices. Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Company Info for Program - First-time exhibitors, please send a high-resolution company logo and a short description of your products/services to email@example.com to be included in conference materials. Returning exhibitors please confirm that we have your current logo and products description.
Attendee Roster - Attendee lists will be provided to paid, registered table top exhibitors after Early Bird registration ends on January 31, 2012. A second list will be sent a week prior to the conference and a final list will be available at the event for paid, registered table top exhibitors and company representatives.
Cancellation Policy - IIANC will refund 50% of your table top registration fee until February 1, 2012, after which table top registration fees are nonrefundable. For Networking Passes or Additional Company Reps, refunds will only be given to cancellation requests received by close of business on February 1, 2012. Substitutions may be made until five business days before the conference. All cancellation requests or substitutions must emailed to Janice Szewczyk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitor Giveaways/Drawings - All table top exhibitor drawings will be held at 9:00am on Thursday, February 23 in the General Session room. Table top exhibitors will line up with their prizes and draw winners one at a time. You may pre-draw your winners but please have alternates ready. Attendees must be present to win.
Theme & Decorating/Costume Contests - All table top exhibitors and company representatives (including those who purchase a Networking Pass) are asked to show your creativity by decorating your table top and dressing up to tie in with our Pirates of the Big "I" theme. You can use any movie, time period, character or sports team as your inspiration...just as long as it's related to pirates! We will be hosting a contest and awarding prizes for the best decorated table and best dressed company rep. You could win free registrations for the 2012 Annual Convention! Click here for more info.
