The Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) program is a nationally recognized program created by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc. and AICPCU/IIA. It provides participants with a strong insurance foundation and equips them with the skills needed to succeed in today’s agency environment.

Throughout the insurance industry, an ACSR designation is recognized as a mark of
                                            commitment, distinction, and excellence.

ACSR’s have an increased product knowledge, improved selling and account rounding
skills, higher levels of customer service, technical expertise, enhanced productivity,
and confidence. For a list of New Jersey ACSRs, click here.

New! Ethics requirement:
The Institutes believe ethical decision making skills are essential to the practice
of insurance. Anyone completing the ACSR designation after December 31, 2011 must complete either Ethical Guidelines for Insurance Professionals
(for all programs except CPCU) or the CPCU program’s Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct. Both online modules are free. Learn more and register now.

The program offers multiple designations. Select the one that is right for you or elect to earn all three.
All ACSR modules are available for online study. To sign up or review the program, click here.
