IIABO 79th Annual Convention “Keys for Success”
Sponsored by: LibertyNorthwest
Our 79th Annual Convention, “Keys for Success” was a unique approach for us and from all reports a big success!
IIABO members tell us that conventions are not just about “CE”. Do you really want to travel to a beautiful venue such as Sunriver and spend 20 hours in a classroom? Hopefully, conventions can be an opportunity to bring something of value not available all year long.
This year our convention committee focused on two major aspects of agency management—value/perpetuation, and automation.
John Jaques delivered four hours of information, that when implemented, could bring thousands of dollars to your bottom line. Those four hours alone made the cost of registration a bargain.
At the same time, Dustin Naughten (Applied Systems) and Ron Harrell (AMS) conducted workshops on how to maximize your investment in automation.
There was a constant buzz in the exhibit hall as attendees visited booths; bid on ChristieCare auction items and in some case even had their face “painted” as activities continued throughout the day.
We want to thank all who joined us and we encourage everybody to make plans now to come to Sunriver in 2008 for the 80th Annual Convention, “Reaching New Heights”. The dates are August 24-26, 2008 in Sunriver, Oregon.
Take our online survey if you attended our 2007 convention. There is always room for improvement and we want to make your convention experience one that you will not forget.
